This website has lots of hyperlinks, not only in buttons

also connected to words in the text. It will be easier to
navigate if your browser is set up to do the following (check

bright red, when your mouse pointer "hovers" over

Navigation buttons located on the top of a page generally are
hyperlinks to web pages on the same hierarchical level.
Note that all pages on the same hierarchical level will have the same
navigation buttons at the top. In addition, navigation to
the home page and to the next page "up", i.e., the
"parent" page in the hierarchical structure, if appropriate, are included in the row of buttons on
the top.

hyperlinks to web "child" pages that are hierarchically
under the currently displayed "parent" page. Those
buttons may be the only links to these "child" pages.
