4. You benefit
from the strong support of staff and
fellow participants.
"After each class, most of us went out for
coffee, and quickly many of us became close friends. We had a
kind of rotating dinner party at each other's homes. We also
began to have a dinner dance once a year, then an annual golf
tournament with a barbecue, and during the winter holiday season
each class had its own holiday event. The friends I made in
this way are still, after eighteen years, the closest friends I have
ever had."

Breaking old habits and
