Mass Index
Ok, you've heard people snicker behind your back. Are you really
overweight? This web page will calculate your Body Mass
Index or BMI, a number indicating whether you are overweight--or maybe
even underweight--relative to your height.
The value for your BMI will classify you as underweight, normal,
overweight, or obese. Remember, BMI is the "gold standard"
used in US medicine to determine if you have
health risks related to your weight and height. You can calculate
your BMI here in private--as long as no one is peeking over your shoulder.
