Program Design:

12 one hour sessions designed to help replace old,
unhealthy habits with new, sustainable, healthier ones; and |
 |
An optional follow-up program for 12 one-half hour
sessions facilitating weight loss maintenance. |
Costs:

Your commitment,
which is the secret to your success. |

Your time of one
hour per week, currently Wednesday mornings from 8:30am to 9:30am for 12
weeks. |

$175 class fee, which may be partially refundable
towards CTF member fees, and |

$75 materials fee for workbook and pedometer. |
