Program Design:

12 one hour sessions designed to help replace old, unhealthy habits with new, sustainable, healthier ones; and

An optional follow-up program for 12 one-half hour sessions facilitating weight loss maintenance.

Your time of one hour per week, currently Wednesday mornings from 8:30am to 9:30am for 12 weeks.

$175 class fee, which may be partially refundable towards CTF member fees, and
