    All of our sessions are held at the Cubberley Community Center, 4000 Middlefield Road, Palo Alto.  Here is a link to a map showing our gym location.

    An exercise therapist leads each session, which consists of a 10 minute warmup, then 30 minutes of aerobic workout at individual target heart rates.  This is followed by 20 minutes of upper- and lower-body stretching, strengthening, and relaxation exercises; the strengthening exercises use weights, which aid in maintaining balance.  Specially trained cardiac nurses supervise each session, monitor your progress, and are available to take your blood pressure before, during, or after any session as required.  A digital scale is available for weight monitoring.

    Please note that we encourage our participants to attend at least 3 sessions per week.  Many participate daily.
